Our Story

Born from a love for honest spices

Kalavati was born when we asked a simple question: why do store-bought spices taste nothing like the ones our grandmothers ground at home?

The Nat Eco Legacy

Nat Eco is built on the belief that nature provides everything we need — pure, honest, and unadulterated. Our Kalavati masala line carries forward the wisdom of traditional Indian kitchens, where spices were sourced directly from trusted merchants, roasted by hand, and ground on a stone sil-batta.

Kalavati — meaning tradition and craftsmanship — is our promise to bring you the same integrity and honest flavour that defined Indian kitchens for generations. Every blend is a tribute to the artisanal way of spice-making.

We believe great food starts with great spices. And great spices come from knowing your farmer, grinding in small batches, and packing fresh — never sitting in warehouses for months.

What We Stand For

Our Values

🤝

Honesty

What's on the label is what's in the pack. No fillers, no mixing, no artificial colors — ever.

🌍

Sustainability

We pay fair prices to our farming partners and use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.

🔬

Quality

Every batch is tested for purity & potency. We reject any lot that doesn't meet our standards.

The Journey

From Farm to Your Kitchen

1

Farm Selection

We partner with trusted farming families across India, visiting farms each season to hand-pick the best harvest.

2

Sun Drying

Spices are naturally sun-dried — never machine-dried — to retain max flavor and nutrition.

3

Stone Grinding

Small batches are stone-ground at low RPM to prevent overheating and preserve volatile oils.

4

Aroma Packing

Within hours of grinding, spices are sealed in multi-layer pouches and shipped fresh to your kitchen.
